Meet Our CEO

 

Our founder Julie Allison is known for her compassion, commitment, and determination to help people with disabilities to achieve independence and work toward their goals. She has many years of experience that have led to her establishing Bradannii in 2018, experience and knowledge that she brings to ACB services, particularly in coaching, leadership, and organising camps.


In her career Julie has organised and executed over 25 camps for 200 school kids with 50 volunteers, run educational pathway programmes for school students in Sydney as well as coaching year 11 prospective school captains. She was also a Girl Scout Camp Leader for 3 months in Ohio. Julie is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation and has been coaching individuals since 2004 and is qualified to teach groups.


Julie has also been awarded the Service Before Self Award from Epping Rotary Club, the Rotary’s highest honour, for her time volunteering to support others.

  

To be a member of the International Coaching Federation you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a current ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC);
  • Have completed at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF standards. (see what qualifies as coach-specific training below); or
  • Be enrolled in 60 hours of coach-specific training in a program that has either the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or Approved Coach-Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) distinction. (For new members only.)
